Our realtor, Mary Napoli, set up our home inspection with Don. He was amazing. The whole «home buying» process is overwhelming, especially for first time home buyers, and it was great to have his honesty during the inspection. What a relief! Our realtor Mary Napoli from Home Buyers Realty inTracy referred Donald Searcy to do a home inspection for 4100ft, 60 year old home we are purchasing in Stockton. Just had an inspection for our new home, and Don was amazing. He is super thorough and I swear is licensed for everything you could think of. He walked both me and my husband around separately and showed us everything and explained things we would need to know. I would highly recommend using this company.
