They lost my sons blood test. They have one job; to draw the blood then test it, and they failed. Every time we have to come here we feel like we are bothering the workers. They do not care about the patients at all. If you have other options then do yourself a favor and use another facility. I am so aggravated that I am changing physicians to a doctor that draws blood onsite. That is how terrible this place is.

People are nice, but it took me 3 times to get in for an apt. First time, I didn’t make an appointment. There were only 5 people in the waiting area when we arrived. So I signed in, and during this time, only 1 other person walked in. I ended up leaving after waiting an hour and still had not been called. I realize that if others who have made an apt. come in that they are priority, but when no one else is coming in, and they aren’t calling anyone back after almost an hours time, that’s a bit much. So I went home, and set up an apt. online for the next day. I got there on time, and this time they did call me up sooner, but they didn’t have any of the paperwork that was sent electronically from my Dr’s. office. Well, now I’m very frustrated. So I went to my Dr’s. office, picked up a hard copy of my lab order, went home and made another apt. I tried calling them this time, could NOT get through to a live person, only automated message, and in that message, it states that if they haven’t received your lab slip, that you can still be seen, they will just call the Dr’s. office and take care of it. REALLY! Then why didn’t they do that the second time that I came in? 3rd time was finally the charm, the staff was very nice, I’ve no complaints about that, it’s just procedure that needs an overhaul. On a plus side, Quest does have an application that you can download, or you can register on their site to have lab results sent to you. I had them sent to my phone, which was great as I was able to go over them with my Dr. at my next apt. Anyone going I suggest that you 1. Make an appointment 2. Bring your lab slip with you, don’t take a chance with it being sent electronically. I’ve a friend in Modesto who has had that same problem with Quest Labs getting Electronically sent forms from her Dr. as well.

The facility was very clean. The staff was also courteous kind and professional. It’s not always fun to get poked with a needle however they are very comforting and kind. I had a short wait time like always and will always go back to this office

walked in with my wife about 9:30am and the receptionist was having a conversation with another girl.(coworker) that’s was fine and dandy but she didn’t look up as my wife was standing in front of her for about a minute. My wife signed in and walked away. About three seconds after she sat down, the girl called my wife’s name. I didn’t like that, since my wife is pregnant as all Heck right now. Now, the gal wasnt disrespectful, but she had a tone like we were pestering her a bit. I don’t know her name because nobody wears a name tag. But whatever. Now the place is clean. I’ll give them that. But that’s about it. Very few reading material. Would a few Sports Illustrated mags kill you? I guess my only REAL issue is, when greeting people, taking calls and retrieving faxes is your main job, you HAVE to do it well. As is now sit in the waiting room, my wife is having blood drawn. The girls in the back seem nice and I can actually see my wife in the back. For me, EVERY business starts with 5 stars. They have to do something(or NOT do something) to lose them. This place would be 5 stars if they treat people a little better. First impressions are the strongest.

Getting blood drawn is not my favorite thing, but then again whose is it? When I have to go in biannually for my blood work, which I have to fast for, I want to get in and out as quick as possible. This is exactly what Quest does. While I have waited almost an hour at other places, I have never been at Quest more than 30min total. If you go on a weekday morning, they can even get you in and out in 10min! They have also always been helpful and friendly, no matter who is there. I definitely recommend Quest.

I came here to get my biometrics done for my insurance. I did not have the form, so my insurance faxed it to them. However, the staff were unprofessional and not helpful. I asked the person in the front(her name is Patricia) if they have receive the fax. She responded immediately without even looking at me or checking the fax machine that they haven’t receive any fax yet. And This girl had the nerve to tell me that I interrupted her for whatever she was looking at in the computer. I expected excellent customer as I am the customer. However, the staff here have Very poor customer service and are rude or maybe just that person.
