Established in 1990.

I have had my own practice in Cupertino California and moved to Manteca, California in 2008. I enjoy working with families to assist with ElderLaw matters, small businesses to assist with corporate governance and special needs children and adults. We strive to serve the needs of those who are concerned with attorney and legal fee costs.

In addition to general estate planning, JoAnn built on a reputation as a public speaker and instructor for other attorneys. Events included presentations to senior centers, non-​profit organizations, such as the Alzheimer’s Association, Foothill College for parents of special needs children, AARP, local Rotary groups, Chamber of Commerce and other fraternal organizations as well as continuing education for attorneys in areas of trust law, health care and case management.

In opening her solo practice, it has been JoAnn’s experience that there is a large segment of individuals and families who are underserved due to the belief that attorneys are expensive or they can find assistance with trust mills, paralegals and self-​help books and the internet
