H&R Block

I normally do my own taxes every year because they are normally straightforward and fairly easy. I only have a few small investments and not much else. However this year my returns looked like they were going a lot less than what I can normally expect so I decided to try HR Block.
I walked in and they were very friendly and even attentive to my three year old. However since my taxes would include investments and a few other items that were beyond their basic services they set me up an appointment with a specialist.
At the appointment with the specialist we spent about hour and a half going through my papers. Several times I had to correct the specialist on what she was entering. She misread several forms and if I ended up filing her preparations I would have been out another $ 300 on my returns because she entered my Health Savings Account numbers wrong.
I give them two stars because friendly and attentive customer service is what all businesses could use more of but as far as experience and knowledge I have no idea what made this person a specialist.
