Grasso Carpet Cleaning

I called last Saturday around 9 o’clock and ask if they had an opening to get my carpet done they said they could be here by 11 I said OK they showed up before 11 they were very professional protected the corners of the walls. My carpets about five years old I have it cleaned every year but as each year goes by it doesn’t come as clean as the year before when they were done it looked beautiful but it’s always look beautiful right when I get it cleaned but when it dries you start to see the traffic lanes, but to my surprise the carpet dried and there’s no traffic lanes it’s been a week and my carpets have never looked better awesome job well worth the hundred dollars to get my living room bedroom and hallway done thank you guys I’ll be calling you next year

If I could do 0 stars I would. We hired them to clean our living room carpet that was only about 2 – 3 years old. It didn’t stink at all just needed a good visual clean. They cleaned it and after it dried the whole house smelled like dirty wet dog. Like they didn’t change the water enough. It was absolutely horrible. So embarrassing. We called and complained and asked if they would re clean it. He asked if we had a dog, we said yes, because we have one small dog in the house that is bathed regularly. She does not stink. He told us «well there isn’t anything I can do because you have dogs» umm hello! It never stunk before! Now that we «cleaned» the carpet, it stinks. You can’t even lay on the ground it’s so bad. It smells like we have 5 labs living in our house. And they are NOT CHEAP! Such a waste of money and now we have to have the carpet re cleaned by somebody else. Very disappointed

I have an empty home carpeted with 800 sq feet, 3 bd, living and hallway. When I called and asked for a quote, they said it was .30c — (THIRTY CENTS A SQUARE FOOT)!! Holy crap batman. She quoted me $ 240 dollars. WTF. The carpets are only 1 year new. This is a recession and bad economy but $ 240 to clean an empty home? NO WAY Jose! –Unless they were going to get on their hands and knees and scrub the carpets, this is way over priced for Manteca!

They are the best carpet cleaners around! I was not disappointed with their work.
