Terrible. I called yesterday and set up and appt for him to come take a look at my oven. He was a bit rude on the phone but I just brushed it off. We set an appt for this morning between 10−11am. At 11:15 I called him because he never showed up. He said he was at another customers house and will be there a while. He asked he can come by later. I said «We have been waiting for you. It would have been nice to have a phone call, but thank you anyway «and he hung up on me. It’s a Sat morning. I have 4 kids. I don’t have time to wait all day. Especially for a rude unprofessional business. Just terrible.

We hired Doyle’s to repair my mom’s refrigerator. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He appeared to know what he was doing and said he fixed the problem (water leaking into freezer and freezing, water leaking on kitchen floor). A week later, the same leaking started again. We called back ½ a dozen times, left several messages, and could not reach him. I later researched his business on BBB and found very similar complaints. He comes out, attempts to fix the problem (but in fact he does not), and disappears. He will not return phone calls and can not be reached!
It is a shame that he took advantage of my mom who is in her 70’s! Please do not hire him.

Excellent customer service out A/​C motor went out in our house he came over the next day as I didnt realize until I got home from work it wasnt working. he gave us a good rate compaired to most other a/​c repair men. couldnt ask for a better guy to call when stuff around the house breaks…

I called to ask about repairing my dryer and the guy on the phone was very nasty so I hung up on him, I will never use this business. You really need to know how to speak to people, we are the ones paying your bills and keeping you in business

We were recommended Terry from Dolye’s Appliance through a mutual business partner having used their services before. He was recommended as a strong professional who knows what he’s doing.
We run a franchise restaurant with a busy kitchen. Our experience with Terry began when I called him for advice on kitchen project which included gas pipes etc. He advised and also gave us a good rate. He did not charge for bringing additional helpers if needed for the job.
During the project, his team ran into some bumps but kept pushing through to complete it. Project took a few late nights to complete and even an early morning start but Terry and his guys never said never. They completed the job, called to check back and did an excellent job at it.
We are happy with our results, fairly priced & professional. Terry has a good nature and is very frank with who he is working with.

Don’t let this nice guy fool you! He was hired to fix maytag washing machine.
Diagnostic /​needed control board-​$ 300.00
Also said dryer need new drum rollers after hearing it run and make noise. 100 $
Labor 75 $ for washer 25 $ dryer. My first clue– repairman didn’t know how to take front cover off to get to control board. 2 nd clue– repairman don’t know how to open locked washer door, had his assistant clue #3 that I was in big trouble, no tool knowledge or work experience. After who knows what door popped open.
Came back next day with new upgraded board. Came with an upgraded part that did not work with my washer, so board installed without extra upgrade part.
Turn on machine and code OE come up.
Repairman say water pump no good. Needs new pump. But I just cleaned pump earlier that day. Do now he replace drum rollers on dryer.
Dryer now noisier than before. He said oh your drum is bent.
Promises to come back with new pump next day. It was late and he had one more appt. I say I get pump cheaper online and install my self. He say ok let me know and we’ll go from there. I pay him $ 575.00. I search online and blog for OE CODE.
which means fill/​drain overflow sensor bad.
Next day I call repairman and he say he saw my blog about same code.
He come back next day and put in new sensor same code but i was not home since i had to go out and buy new faucets since repairman broke handles off. When i get back from store he gone, told my wife new part made no difference and left old part still on machine so i dont know if he check sensor orreplace since old one still on i call him and he says its pump. New pump installed. Still same code. I ask for new board or refund on board he say no.
No refund cuz he replaced board and it works.
Just because it lights up doesn’t mean it works right.
Run around ever since no return calls and I’m out 700 $.
Come to find out I’m not the first he has done this too.
Also buisness is not registered with BBB and his contractors license for hvac
Is delinquent. If you do buisness with him after reading this good luck.
Filed complaint with BBB and small claims court.
All I wanted was my 300 $ back for board. Nothing else.
If I can get this slippery snake in small claims he will be paying me back for everything including 175.00 for new control board face plate that he just snapped off.
Actually I was online telling him how it was done so the last clip was saved.
If he Terry repairman/​owner reads this and wants to make amends I will repost retraction. But I doubt that will happen since he probably out of buisness already.

This guy is a CON ARTIST. He came over to replace my heating element and things were cool. i have to call him back 3 ½ months later to fix it AGAIN. heating element supposed to last 5 – 8 years according to him… mine lasted 3 ½ months. then he offers me new element and fuse’s he shoulda checked the first time) for $ 175, or a 2 year old used dryer for the same price. we took the dryer. got hot one time. called and told him i wanted my money back. he said OK ill be there saturday (1÷28÷12). no call no show. i call him he says i will be there after 3. no call no show. finally get ahold of him mon (1÷30÷12). he says he went outta town Friday after noon. if you left Friday after noon why did you call me back on Saturday and say you will be there after 3? wtf? so i have called him from a friends phone and he answered heard my voice and hung up. i have already contacted BBB about this and am getting a police escort to his place later to try and get my money back.

I called Doye’s Appliances over 2 days time-twice.he kept saying he would come out. Never came and no calls to let me know.Unreliable.Don’t waste your time with Doyle’s Appliance. I finally called A&R used appliances, Denair, calif

This guy is NOT honest as his advertisement states. His work isn’t any good. He stands around while a young Mexican kid does the work. He overcharges parts. Then does not stand behind his work. It took getting the police involved to get money back. Be wary of this guy.
