Center For Sight

I am giving the front desk person ZERO stars… The person at the front desk lies about optical being in when you call over the phone. You call back and they «happen to be in a break», you call back again and they left early for the day… this is the same message I got several days in a row. Come to find out, the person from optical is in fact out of the country. The person at the front desk makes no effort to call patients up when you have been there for 25 mins. as you are standing a few feet away in optical trying to look at glasses prior to being called back, as they recommend. She is totally disrespectful and does not care about the customer. They need to find a more customer friendly front desk people. They will loose business! I do not recommend this business, it has gone down hill and got a lot worse! The unfortunate thing is the doctors are pretty good, but the front represents the business.

I DO NOT, THAts DO NOT recommend this place in Manteca. Now this is by no means because of the quality of the Doctors. The Doctors are wonderful it’s the staff and their means of communications and organization skills and practices… They receive an F for failure in this department. I am an expert at customer service skills and I gave them many chances a whole year in fact to resolve ONE issue… Unacceptable !!! If you want to use your time well and save yourself frustration DO NOT use Center For Sight In Manteca Ca!!!

I’m only giving a star because I do think Dr Tsu is good. She is quick and thorough. But everything else sucks!!! They tell you to arrive early only to wait over an hour and half to get called back. For a office that specializes in pediatric ophthalmology you would think would want to be quick and move kids through. So frustrated. I already cancelled my daughters next appointment for next year. Will never go back again!

I’m not happy. They are always late. And the guy who use to fit our glasses is not here any more. He was the only reason we liked this place.

I have a 945 appointment. I got here at 9:30. Two hours later and I’m still waiting! This is the norm! I wish I didn’t have to use this place. If you have other options consider using them. They stack people up like sardines in here! This staff is really nice and courteous. But it would appear they were instructed to overbook otherwise I can’t explain this terribly long wait!

Arrived 30 mins before my appointment thinking ill have to fill out paperwork. I signed in the girl at front desk didn’t even acknowledge me. I waited 40 mins then they had me fill out the paper work.
I waited over an hour and half after my appointment time to be called back to a dr that didn’t even greet me, or say who he was.
Terrible place, staff is so unfriendly. And looking at there frames are outrageous priced.
