Out of all the places I have done tastings at and got my wine, this place is amazing! great people and affordable wine and the selection. Tuesday is beer tasting and Thursday wine tasting from 5:30 to 8pm.
Complimentary tasting can’t get any better than that.

I love visiting small wine boutiques because I always feel like i get a wine education as part of my shopping process.
Unfortunately wine styles disappointed me a bit. The guy who was working there told us he only works on Sundays and sometimes just every other. That apparently left him with little knowledge of the wines available. And there weren’t very many wines– I was expecting a larger stock.
The guy was older and struggled with ringing us up, taking my friends email address and changing the register tape. Wouldn’t have minded all this if he had been more helpful in the wine selection process.
I wish we had visited the store while the owners were there bc I assume we would have had a much different experience.

New owner who is very personable and knowledgeable about the wine industry and business. Frank grew up on a vineyard that was run by his family and has knows from the soil up what is takes to make and serve the best wine for your guests. Frank and his helpful staff will help you pick the right wine for your meal and event.
I would encourage you too go visit them on a Tuesday for Thursday night tasting and get to know them. They are great people who I happen to work with as a vendor and a customer.

I am a fan of the concept of a dedicated wine store. The selection could be a bit better and the prices are more than what you would pay elsewhere. So what really needs to happen to set Wine Styles apart is great, friendly service. Unfortunately, they don’t deliver. Or better, they don’t deliver equally to everyone. We attended the wine tasting on Thursday night and we were greeted at the door, then for the rest of the evening we were forgotten. It seemed there was a limited group of people that were friends with the management — like a high school clique. I felt like I was at a business social gathering of which I was not part of nor invited. So if the service is not special, why pay more for a limited selection?
