You do not need a Sam’s Club membership to come see us. We accept walk-ins and appointments. We currently take many vision insurance, for example: VSP, Avesis, Superior, Spectera, Tricare, UHC, Davis, Advantica, Always, Medicare, MES, NVA, Opticare & etc. Dr Pham, OD is very friendly and will look through your eyes thoroughly. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007. She earned her Doctor of Optometry Degree from InterAmerican University in 2012.
