Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my pizza, I was told that they didn’t have my online discount but that she would give me 3.00 off my next pizza. I went for ‘next pizza’ she said that the one that I wanted was on sale so my ‘next pizza’, she’d give me 4.00 off. I went for my ‘next pizza’ she told me that she took 4.00 off but it was actually on sale for 4.00 off so, I never got my discount. I paid regular price. She actually cheated me out of a 4.00 off discount. I buy a lot of pizzas at this store and once when I cashed in my ‘buy so many, get a free one,’ she said, «don’t you want a salad or something, I feel like you’re ripping me off!» I was so shocked but, I bought a salad so she wouldn’t feel like I was ripping HER off and the salad was all lettuce. The skimpy fixings were lying on top of a container full of lettuce and t. I had enough lettuce to make another salad with my own fixings. So, I will not be going back to this store, there is another one close by and hopefully, the owner won’t be as greedy. I feel that she ‘ripped me off, ’ one too many times. Enough is enough!

The pizza sucked! They need to improve on their ingredients, sauce or pizza dough because Little Ceasers’ is right next door and they mame Papa Murphy’s tastes like cardboard. Do not go, waste of money!

The service is amazing. Josie and Victoria helped us and they could not have been more friendly or helpful! Their dedication to customer service was some of the best I have received in the food industry, especially pizza!
Usually customer facing pizza people get obviously frustrated or are so unfriendly. Victoria waited patiently while I picked my order and Josie engaged my husband. Another customer came in and actually handed Josie his cell to get his wife’s order and Josie was so helpful!
As always– the pizza is fresh and amazing. Very dependable and consistent!

I love this Papa Murphy’s! They always are quick and easy to get in and out of. Their pizzas are so good! All the ingredients and dough made fresh everyday! All the pizzas I have tried and they have suggested have been really good! I also love the fact that my pizza isn’t getting cold while some delivery driver is getting it to my house. Hot out of the oven in 15 and it’s delicious! My kids love it!

Love the pizza, hate the wait. If I call in the order and you tell me 15 – 20 min, don’t start on it when I get there 20 min later. What was the point of calling it in?!?

I have had it several times and have decided I just don’t like the pizza. Without completely ignoring the directions and baking it on the rack, the crust even on the thin pizzas never gets done or crispy. Forget regular crusted pizzas, they’re doughy and raw tasting no matter how long you cook them. PM’s only saving grace is that it’s cheap.

I love the concept of taking the pre-​made pizza home and baking it. The pizza was great — definitely made fresh and since it comes straight from your oven it’s nice and hot. We will definitely be ordering from Papa Murphy’s many more times. It’s strictly pick up and take home so do not plan on dining at the store.
