Amazing! The owner Jim handles his customers excellently. I actually bought a car from Osgars and he took care of everything I was questioning (e-​brake, noise when reversing). A week later I went back to him because I was unsure of a light that turned on and he took care of everything and topped off all my fluids for me. Even though I didn’t go for an auto body problem, because of his character, I would go with him for any needs I have with my car. Hands down excellent service.

My car was backed in to and my grandfather recommended this body shop to handle the insurance work. So I drove it up there from the Columbus area. 4 business days later, my car was ready and it looked great.
As a bonus, since my work schedule wouldnt allow me to get my car during business hours, Mike Osgar even met me after hours as a favor so I can return the rental and pick up and pay for my car. They did an awesome job washing and cleaning my car after the job was done. Would highly recommend this shop! Quality work and awesome staff!
