This place will get my negative five stars review on any websites that I can access to. I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. I went in the office on January 2^nd. They diagnosed me with bronchitis. I also brought up my concern that I might be pregnant. They did a pregnancy test on me and told me it was negative, but I was three weeks pregnant at that time. They gave me Amoxicillin for 10 days. I took the medicine for 5 days, but my symptoms got worst. I went to the office on January 6^th to see Dr. Nangha. I guess she was busy that day, because our appointment was short. She was in the rush to get to another patient. She didn’t listen to my concern and didn’t let me tell her what other problems I had. I chased after her and told her my concern about the rashes on my skin. Then he pulled me back to the room and told me she would give me a referral to a dermatologist, but all they do is take my copay money. She told me she will give me a cream to use, but she FORGOT to send it with the rest of my medications to my pharmacy. That day she diagnosed me with pneumonia. She sent me to get an xray. She gave me stronger dose of antibiotic, steroids, and cough gels. January 10, I have a positive on my pregnancy test that I did at home. I was so scared because the strong antibiotic that she gave me I later found out that it could damage the baby muscle joint. I was 4 weeks pregnant at the time she gave me those medicines. I called the office on Monday, January 11 and told them that I am pregnant, and I was very concern about the medication I’m talking. The front desk lady said she will pass the message to the nurse, and they would call me back. Almost 5 o’clock I still didn’t hear anything from them, so I called back. After couple of phone call I finally got to talk to a lady from that office. I wish I know her name. They don’t say their names when they answer the phone. Anyway, she told me that since I’m pregnant I have to contact my OBGYN. The office can’t do anything for me at this point. I told her but Dr. Nangha was the one that gave me those medications. She was the doctor who treated me as the time, and I didn’t even feel better. Then she repeated herself to me again, «I’m sorry, you have to contact your OBGYN». I was mad, so I said thank you and hung up. The next day, someone else from the office called me and told me Dr. Nangha sent a new antibiotic to my pharmacy. I told her what happen on the phone the day before. She denied it. Then I said «I’m waiting to get my sonogram. If I was pregnant at the time I was in your office, and you gave me the medications that could harm my baby, Dr. Nangha is the person responsible for it» And I hung up. Couple hours later I got a missed call and a voice mail. Dr. Nangha. She called me herself and left me a voice mail to tell me to call back. I didn’t call back. She better hope that I will never have to call her back because if the medications she gave me harm my baby, she will definitely hear from my lawyer.

Been bringing my kids here for a few years now, doctors and nurse practitioner are great never had a problem with them, however the medical assistants need a little more training on how to deal with children and being children of course might need a little more time and patience. When doing their eye exams they were rushed and completely misdiagnosed. Because of that I took them to a optician there they told me my son had ²⁰⁄₂₀ didn’t need eyeglasses like I was told and my daughters current proscription was all she needed so no need for another consultation so again another misdiagnosed child. That could have saved me $ 50 in their consultations to some that may not have been much but to me it is.

Literally worst ever. Office staff never sends your prescriptions. Dr. Nangha always says she’s going to give you something and then later when you call you find out she is not really going to give you a prescription because she feels you don’t need it (after you leave and are home). Not very friendly — just not good business/​customer service. I would never go back here.

Dr. Nangha is an excellent primary care provider. She has the best caring attitude, a get it done attitude and she is compassionate, devoted and will take care of the entire family. I am proud to say she is my Doctor and I would not ever switch.
I promise choosing her as your doctor would be the best thing you could ever do for your well being… The practice Dr. Nangha is at is a five star care facility !!
