Ruff one. It’s sad that this three star will help their rating. Good: flowers looked good. Lasted for a while. Bad: the owner is kinda a smug B. She talked I’ll of the person who referred me and even other customers while I was there. She’s comes off as a higher than thou, smug, rich girl.(Truly ment as constructive criticism incase she read this)

We had an unfortunate experience with this business. I used them because of proximity to the funeral home and heard they did unique, non-standard design. They were to do two works for my Mom’s funeral — the casket spray and the family flowers for the Memorial service. The spray met/exceeded expectations but they cut it close on delivery to the funeral home. The arrangement for the memorial service never arrived. The flowers were promised two hours before the service. With an hour to go, I called the shop. Even though it was mid-morning on a Wednesday, there was no answer. I tried the owner’s cell, the VM was full. I texted but got no response until an hour after the service. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong church, their mistake. To retrieve the family vase used for the arrangement took a week, they never delivered it as promised, we had to go retrieve it. Although the owner seemed to have mitigating circumstances, we would have liked a more professional service with much better communication.

Closes at 4pm-Not 5pm. I walked to the door at 4 and it was locked. Holli(I think her name was but I could be wrong) happily let me in. I didn’t really know what I wanted I just knew I wanted something bright and fun. Within seconds she was able to make a recommendation. The presentation was very simple but perfect for what I was looking for. She was VERY polite and professional and seemed to love her job very much and took it very seriously. Any time I need flowers I will definitely go here. Not to mention she was very beautiful :)

Not satisfied at all. My mother in law had ordered 2 thanksgiving center pieces to bring to our hosts house. She wanted them to have a candle in them. The delivery guy forgot the candles and then when he brought them, they were white. The arrangements which she paid $ 50 each had 4 roses which are very pretty but then they put evergreen and marigolds. They are more Christmassy looking. I called to say we weren’t satisfied, she offered to refund our money but argued that the arrangements were expensive to put together. I don’t like when a retailer argues that I don’t know what I’m talking about! Won’t be repeat customers.

I was out of town and needed to place an order for same day delivery. I was hesitant to order from here because there was no previous reviews. Holly answered and I explained what I needed. She immediately started taking my delivery information, provided me with several options. I ended up spending an amount that I was comfortable spending. I was never bullied into spending more. Another reason I was hesitant to order was I can not see the bouquet and I knew I had to trust the florist to put together something that she would love. In the end, she loved the bouquet she received. She told me the office staff was so jealous of her. That speaks volume! I had to trust a florist’s work that I had never seen or read any reviews about. To have other people also be jealous of a beautiful bouquet says that the florist did an awesome job! Thank you Holly for helping me score major brownie points!
