Worst blow out I have ever had. Left with my roots still curly and frizzy. Completely overpriced for what I got. Not only were they running 15 minutes behind but completely rushed through my appointment because the next client showed up way before I was done. Never going back.

I went today for some highlights and low lights and had the pleasure of having Rachel as my stylist. She is not only a very sweet person but is also an excellent hair stylist! I came in with an idea but she definitely took that idea and ran with it and in the end it turned out 100 times better then I could have even imagined. She also offered to style my hair and did a fabulous job with that as well. I would definitely recommend this salon and Rachel in particular.

This is a Wonderful Full Service Salon! I have been a client at this salon for years and I could not be happier. It has a very cozy atmosphere I always feel like I’m in a friend’s living room rather than a salon. Rachel is an amazing stylist! She always seems to know exactly what I’m looking for with my hair which is amazing because I change my mind a lot! I’m constantly bringing her pictures of different colors and styles I want to try and she always lets me know what will work with my hair and how to change the style to suit me. I go to Michelle for all of my waxing needs and she is wonderful! I always feel so calm and relaxed when I am with her. She has such a sweet and caring personality that she really puts me at ease. I also have the piece of mind knowing that my eyebrows, etc will always be perfect after she is done. I have also gotten a Swedish massage with Amanda and it was awesome! I like a very deep massage and she gave me exactly that. She used the perfect amount of pressure and I was totally relaxed.

This place is a great local gem!
I’ve been in twice now for color, and both times have received outstanding service.
When I say outstanding, what it really means is thorough, patient, professional and exceptionally kind.
Janice did my color in round one, and after I procrastinated my booking for appointment two, Nancy took care of me the second time. Both of them do great work!
I feel a little compelled to tell you the complex back story of my hair, my color, and my entire life, so that you’ll understand how special my hair needs are… but maybe instead I’ll compile all my reviews into a list so you can get the back story if you’re interested.
The moral is: these guys use a great color line, J Beverly Hills, they’re well trained and they keep good records, so if you have to see someone new because you’re a flake who forgets to book in advance, they’ve got your back.
Five stars! I’ll be back next month for color, and maybe a pedicure if I can manage to make an appointment… ;-)

I had a 60 minute Swedish massage with Amanda and it was just what I needed. She used just the right pressure and worked out the problem areas to a T. I was also given good feedback afterwards. I will definitely be going back!

Terrible service! I bought a gift card for $ 140 dollars for my mother’s birthday. When she went to use it for the first time, they claimed it only had $ 39 on it, and made her pay the difference. It took an entire week of phone calls back and forth before I could finally see the manager with all the receipts. She unapologetically gives my mom a refund (for the difference only!!) because of their screw up. No apologies, no acknowledgement that it was so embarrassing for me, and highly inconvenient to leave work early to drive there. No complimentary gift, or anything to make up for the terrible service. She just processed the refund for $ 101 and sent me out the door. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had an hour long massage which was absolutely fantastic. I felt completely pampered the entire time and left feeling rejuvenated! Will be coming here as much as I can afford to!

My husband got me a gift card here, so I went for the first time. My experience here was really fantastic. I had a stylist named Brittany and she was the nicest woman! She sat me down in the chair and went over what I told the receptionist when I called to make the appt about what I wanted done. She gave me a consultation, I gave her my ideas, she gave me hers and we went from there.
Got my hair washed and an amazing scalp massage. No place I ever went to before massaged your head like this stylist did. The shampoo process took about 6 minutes and was amazing!
After the wash I sat back down in the chair and I was offered a drink to make me comfortable before she got started.
As I was getting my hair cut, the stylist would ask if the length was good if I wanted any changes, she also told me why she was doing certain things, which I liked. Good convo too so it wasn’t this awkward silence the whole time.
I had a feather extention put in my hair, and we took the time to pick out the color that went with my hair the best and at the end I was very pleased with how my hair came out!
The atmosphere is very professional and everyone that I encountered that night was very friendly. I’ve been looking for a new hair stylist and I will def. be making my next appt with Brittany at this salon.
If you look in the brochure you will notice the prices to be a bit up there, but I’ve learned from experience you get what you pay for and from this experience here, I believe it was well worth the money. I am excited to come back for more services in the near future.

By Far the BEST spa you will ever experience in Massachusetts ! The staff is absolutely wonderful as is the owners. The atmosphere is completely relaxing the minute you walk through the doors. If you need a great massage or a manicure/​pedicure, this is the place to go ! Moderately priced too ! I walked in one person and left like a brand new one ! You have to try it to believe it !

My sister, my best friend, and I went and got facials here! I loved it! I got a massage, and it was AMAZING! So soothing and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Went for a hot stone massage on 10÷15÷06. The place is clean and relaxing, but the hot stone massage is lacking. They don’t put the stones underneath you and only use them to massage your back side. The massage itself was good and really got the kinks out, but if I’m going for the hot stones, I want them all over me and used for the entire massage.
