Established in 2003.

C. Williams & Associates roots date back to 2003 where we began as an accounting and financial services firm. Within a few years it became apparent that many of our clients were not reaching their full financial potential due to poor financial record keeping. At C. Williams & Associates we understand that accurate and timely financial information is critical for making decisions that affect the future of your business. Most small to mid-​sized business owners overpay when it comes to taxes, commercial mortgages, and business services. Many are unaware of goverment progarms designed to provide access to capital and subsidized employee benefit plans.

Charles Williams, MBA, EA

After graduating from graduate school with a perfect 4.0 GPA in accounting in finance, Mr. Williams began to dedicate his professional life to helping small business owners manage the financial affairs of their companies. Soon it became apparent that many small business owners simply did not have access to capital, as a result many never reached their full potential.

Mr. Williams investigated ways to help clients gain access to capital. This involved helping clients see the need for excellent financial record keeping and solid financial controls. Mr. Williams also helped clients understand the need for the company to have a wealth strategy, one designed to build wealth for the owners over time.

In addition Mr. Williams developed a network of capital partners that include banks, insurance companies, individual investors and private equity firms who are willing to invest capital with small businesses.
