Burger King

Great service! !! Clean and the food was excellent. Even a lovely atmosphere. Being brand new the furniture is clean and modern. The drink machine is awesome get any soda you want in any flavor! I got cherry sprite :) abd most all its brand new equipment that the food is being cooked on. While I sat here every customer was greeted with a big smile and the cashier even brought our order to us :) .I hated the one on matlock and used to drive all the way down i30 to get the one offf Lamar. .another excelkent bk! But this one is awesome! !

Not being a big McDonald’s fan, I was excited when Burger King opened on S. Cooper. That said, it is chain food and I know to keep my expectations low. I have driven through Burger King on S. Cooper several times now, and my experience has been about the same. Food is okay, typical, but service is severely lacking. The woman taking the order was so busy talking, rather than listening to my order, that she kept interrupting me to repeat it back… and then I correct her… and then she interrupts to repeat it back… and the cycle continues. And, the kicker… it was a simple order for one person! Although I’m not a McDonald’s fan, I will say that the McDonald’s on S. Cooper has outstanding customer service. Sorry Burger King, you’ve lost to McDonald and I’ve written you off as a continued bad experience.
