My husband was in a motorcycle accident in Mansfield and the MPD phoned B&Hto pick up his bike… Which was the beginning of a walk through hell. I have NEVER been treated so badly as a customer. This company charged us over 400.00 to pick up the bike. It was there less than 4 full days. I tried to pick it up the 2^nd day, but they wouldn’t allow me (spouse) to pick it up. I had to get a notorized form proving I had the right. I faced bad attitudes, disrespect, and I was told a lesser amount due on pick up day than what was charged to me. When I informed him what I was quoted he basically informed me that if I want the bike to pay what was on the invoice. They even charged me a notification fee. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH THEM ON DAY 1! Why does the MPD contract with this company? Why wasn’t my husband offered a choice… Even a choice to have it tolled home in Mansfield?
