Autoworks

I found Autoworks by complete accident: I referred my old /​sometime mechanic to my dad, who was later told by my old /​sometime mechanic to go to Autoworks for a particular job, at which point my dad told me about the great experience he had there. Talk about word-​of-​mouth.
But I know why Autoworks lives on word-​of-​mouth: They are the Nordstrom of auto repair. I asked them to take a head-​to-​toe look at my Honda Accord, which they did: They spent 90+ minutes on it, and Sully nicely spent 10 minutes explaining to me all the little issues they found. He didn’t even charge me. He simply loaded all the to-​dos into their system and said that if I chose to have Autoworks fix them, then he and the guys would just go down the punchlist. So we scheduled that work.
On my drive home, that mysterious noise I mentioned to Sully — the belt-​scuffing that I heard in second gear whenever I’d turn left at about 30 – 40 degrees — was finally gone. Sully didn’t even mention that they’d fixed it. (Thanks, guys.)
When I had the actual work done, they worked on the exact items they told me about initially, and it cost exactly what they estimated, and they were done on-​time.
Stacy — Sully’s wife and perhaps the friendliest person in Massachusetts — was nice enough to give me a lift back to North Attleboro, and called to keep me posted.
I can’t think of a friendlier, more honest, more competent bunch of people you can take your car to.

Honest, technically competent, and fair pricing. I thought that could never exist in an auto repair business but it does. They fixed my car perfectly and it was a complicated problem. And they did it without taking advantage of me. Strongly recommend Autoworks of Mansfield!

You will NOT find a better repair facility than Autoworks. Sully and Bob are the best, trustworthy and honest! I know when I bring my vehicles to them or suggest them to a friend/​family that I am worry free and they will only recommend what my car really needs to be fixed/​maintenance. After being in Mansfield now for over 10 years, we are glad to find a honest mechanic. We have tried everyone else in town and they all seem to be hacks or crooks
