Applebee’s

The service was subpar. The greeter was good, but the actual server seemed like she didn’t really want to be there, although she seemed to give service with a smile to the larger tables. Perhaps our tab wasn’t large enough to warrant a smile. Ordered green beans, and they were cold. Since our server never checked on us, it took about 10 mins. for me to get her attention to ask her to reheat them; at that time, I also requested a to-​go box and check please. Hubby was almost done eating by then. Restaurant could use an interior makeover. Otherwise, it was cool as was the food (pun intended). Better luck next time, I guess.

Horrible drinks. Crappy service. Went for happy hour and ordered a long island iced tea. The drink was a premixed bag of super sugared liquid that tasted awful. Not sure what kind of alcohol they put in it but its probably a much worse than the pre-​mixed bag of long island drink mix the bartender told me they use. Tasted god awful. I then ordered a draft beer. They categorize Dos Equis XX as a «craft» beer at Applebees. Really!!! So it more expensive than an Import. This is the first place I’ve been to where they charged a «craft beer» price for dos equis. I then ordered some chips and dip as they are complimentary during happy hour. The chips were stale and the salsas they served tastes worse than the cheapest «great value» salsa you get at walmart. Had kind of «tin can» taste to it. The kind of aftertaste you get when buying a cheap can of vegetables in a can and it has the aftertaste from the can on the food.
All in all I would rate this place a zero if I could. Applebee’s used to be a good place to go not too long ago. NOT ANY MORE. Avoid this location altogether. Dont waste your time and money like I did.

I love Applebee’s cheap beer and great food. With that being said, my visit to this establishment wasn’t very good. The food was okay but our waitress seemed like she was under the influence of alcohol or drugs which made the experience a bit awkward.

Went in kinda late with a group of 3. I was DD so I asked for a water and 10 minutes later I got a water while my friends were 3 drinks in from the bar. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and have to say. a little to salty. And the bill for all three of us was a bit expensive. Also a moth flew in and scared a coupe people.

Sat in the bar and there was almost no one here and got the worst service ever!!! Food was good though

The food was a little disappointing, but it’s not like Applebee’s is a top dollar place. The service though, is the reason I’m writing. Wow. Wow. Wow. The service! We had a server named Albert. He. Was. Phenomenal! He offered a no pressure waiting style. We had drinks quickly. We had an issue with an appetizer, and he rapidly had it changed. He made sure that everything came out to our liking and kept us informed about when our food would come out. Kudos to you, Albert! Awesome service!!!

Had an amazing experience… Our server Brian did an phenomenal job! We will definitely be back!!!

Terrible night to go to applebee’s. Food took 40 minutes to get to us and it came in stages. I finished my meal before my wife even got her plate. I asked the waiter what’s up and he said they were short handed and the manager was lousy. My wife’s food came wrong as well. About 4 other tables had the same experiences.

This has got to be the worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been too. The service sucked, our waiter took 10 minutes to just get to our table, took forever to bring our drinks, and then took another 10 minutes to get our order. The appetizer took 15 minutes to come to our table, our main dishes took another 15 minutes. The manager didn’t even come to our table to apologize for the wait. Never going to this establishment again!!!

My server was awesome. Customer service was excellent. Not too familiar with this side of town but if I’m ever back out this way, I have no problems dining here. As a guest I love being taken care of and that is what he did. We never had an empty glass. 5 stars for this restaurant experience.

After a long night we popped into the neighborhood Applebee’s. After waiting a couple of minutes at the door someone finally noticed we had come in and we were finally seated. Our waitress seemed slow or very preoccupied. After about five minutes she brought two waters and the menus. After a quick look of the menu we decided on the small/​shared plate deal they have. We picked three apps for 11.99. We chose the fried chicken wonton tacos, the brisket nachos, and the boneless bbq honey wings. Our food took about an average amount of time to get to the table but it arrived in stages which I thought it would show up all together since it was a «package deal». The wonton tacos were decent as well as the boneless wings. The brisket nachos on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The «brisket» was mushy meat like over cooked roast and the seasoning they sprinkle over the top (it’s a reddish color) just ruined it by itself. I would advise to stay away from those nachos unless that sounds good to you. We had to ask for sour cream for nachos which we ended up not eating after trying. Also had to remind her about ranch for wings. Water glasses sat empty before they eventually got filled. Overall we weren’t impressed. This was my first time to eat at this location and definitely the last. I can find mediocre food and service during late night hours somewhere else.

The service didn’t start out the best when we first got there. I asked about the beers on tap, our server told us and they had a beer I never heard of. I didn’t want a glass full of beer I wouldn’t like, so I asked for a small sample. Our server went to ask the bartender, and he said I could not have one. This isn’t our server’s fault. More of the bartender and management. We got the 2 for $ 25.00 so pretty good deal, but not a lot if choices. I found something and so did my wife. Our server was great. She was attentive and friendly. The manager was walking around and talking to people. Well my wife asked the manager about sampling a beer and said that should be ok if someone wants a small sample. I guess he talked to the bartender. The manager ended up taking like 20% off our check which was nice, but I just think the management needs to communicate with their staff before and not after the fact. Overall it was a good experience there, our server was great, and the manager took care of the concern. I didn’t expect to get a discount, it would have been nice to know what that beer tasted like though.

Stopped by tonight, have eaten there before. Service is usually ok. Tonight we stopped by there. Our waiter was Jarrod. Best Waiter I have ever had! Ever.
He was very nice, didn’t have to ask once for a refill. Stopped by several times to make sure everything was ok. I can’t say enough about this guy. Order was 100% correct. Food was cooked perfect. even when cashing us out didn’t have to wait forever to get cashed out.

Stopped by to catch the end of the game and sat in the bar area. The bartender was very observant and sent in help when another customer was hitting on my and all in my personal space. My server Tavia swooped in to save the day and stepped in every time the guy got to close. She was very attentive and make periodic check ins. the whole time with a bit smile. The four stars is for the great service. As for the food i always sick to the appetizers. Its always just ok at best.

My friend had sirloin, which was very good. I had the oriental chicken salad, and was disappointed. The greens and dressing were exactly the flavors I wanted … But were ruined by the very disappointing over– fried pea-​sized chunks of chicken. In the past, this salad was made with chicken fingers, that were juicy and flavorful. The change to popcorn chicken bits might have been ok if they had not been fried to a very hard crunch stage. Not tasty.
Good service, hot coffee. Cost was reasonable.
Not a bad experience, but not high on the «must go there again» list.

We were there tonight for dinner. We were seated quickly in a corner booth to accommodate the number in our party. Our server was mediocre at best. She got our order right, but she seemed disinterested in her job as a whole. The food was so — so. My salad was missing the bacon — :(sadly. There were flies around our table. I can’t say I won’t return, but it’s definitely not my first choice. Just — meh.

I really like the wings here… just the right twang of vinegar in the buffalo sauce for me. My last visit I considered asking for a take home cup of sauce, I enjoy it that much! It is like any chain… you can’t expect to be wowed with gourmet dishes, but the service and the food are decent.

This isn’t one of my first choices when eating out in Mansfield, but since my daughter and mom like this better than Texas Roadhouse or Chili’s, I tag along. I usually order the sirloin steak, which is the right-​size and cooked a perfect medium. Too bad it’s so salty. The salad and veggies are average. My daughter likes the buffalo wings and my mom usually orders the grilled fish (Tilapia, I think). It’s ok-​but nothing special.
Service is always good, and the ambience is typical casual dining.
