Meet the Manager
Matt D.
Manager
I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the Director of the Manlius Library. My career as a librarian began in the Albany area, where I graduated from SUNY Albany with a master’s degree in Information Science. After working in urban and suburban libraries in the capital district, I moved to Central New York in 2011 to work at Tully Free Library and I’m proud to call CNY my home.
Part of what excites me about working in public libraries is the seemingly limitless opportunity to create, enhance, and grow. It is a great privilege, therefore, to be able to work with the dedicated staff at the Manlius Library, and to serve a community as diverse and engaged as Manlius.
