We really enjoyed the food we received. The pork fried rice was some of the best I have had at any Chinese Food Restaurant. Our family enjoyed a perfect meal there. We had Gen Tso Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Chicken and Broccoli. All excellent and we will be back.

Absolutely awful! How do you screw up chicken fried rice? The chicken was slimy and the rice tasted like oil. There was no onion, carrots, peas or egg in it. We had to throw it out it wasn’t edible. Instead of getting dinner we threw our money in the garbage instead. We won’t be ordering from there again.

Stay away if you’re looking for Chinese. There aren’t a lot of great options for Chinese food in the F-M area, but if you are looking I would stay away from Lucky Kitchen. They leave flyers on our door every couple months, which is nice/annoying — I can’t decide which. We decided to place an order this past weekend as we wanted someone that would deliver. We placed an order and asked for an order of crab rangoon to be included because there was a free coupon. Upon delivery, our total was higher than expected, and no receipt was given. Already having waited a bit, I figured the damage was already done because we paid over the phone. We had ordered boneless ribs, and received barbeque ribs(bone in) instead. We also did not get our free crab rangoon. I figured the order could be salvaged at this point, but the food was disappointing all around. The General Tso and Sweet & Sour were both more breading than actual meat and were overcooked. For the price we paid I would’ve expected a bit higher quality. The highlight of the meal was the steamed broccoli and the white rice. Oh well… the Oriental Star will be the go-to next time.

We placed a phone order which was supposed to be shrimp and rice. When we got home we discovered it was chicken and rice. We went back and they argued that we had ordered chicken which did not happen. They were rude and scooped out the chicken and added in shrimp. This was a big hassel for overpriced run of the mill food.
