Originally established as a technical writing firm, Daly Communications Group expanded its services to include web development, marketing and IT services.

Meet the Business Owner

Dave D.

Business Owner

As President and Founder of Daly Communications, Dave Daly has successfully been developing and presenting information in websites, books, and documentation for many years. Dave has worked as a technical writer, proposal administrator, systems analyst, and information designer at Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller local businesses. He started Daly Communications in 2003.

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia and two Master’s degrees from Syracuse University. He is a senior member of the Society for Technical Communicators, a former advisory board member for the State University of New York Institute of Technology’s Professional and Technical Communications Department. He is a founding member and on the board of directors of the Entrepreneurial Society of Central New York and also on the board of directors for Prevention Network.
