The place is filthy dirty. They do not follow basic hygiene and cleaning procedures. The girl that gave me my manicure and pedicure was incredibly rough — including the massages, as though she was taking out some aggression on me. I will not go back.

$ 35 for a mani-​pedi that would be considered the «deluxe» or «spa» package at other salons. Clean and quiet facility, friendly staff and great work! This is now my go-​to salon when I’m in town visiting.

This place is fantastic. It’s a great price and they do a wonderful job on your nails. The people that work there are really friendly. I live in NYC and wish i could find a nail salon this good for these prices. I try to go every time I visit!

Almost every visit I make to Syracuse I make sure to go to Autumn’s Nail Salon. They quality of the manicures and pedicures are wonderful, the manicures last nearly 2 weeks without chipping AT ALL. They go a great job with the eyebrow waxing as well. And best of all, the prices here are very cheap. $ 19 for a manicure and eyebrow wax (not including tip). I recommend this place to anyone who needs a mani or pedi, they do a wonderful job. One thing to note though, is that when you go, bring cash. They DO accept credit cards but there are signs that say they prefer cash or check due to high credit fees, which is completely understandable.
