Hands down. Best burgers I’ve ever had. Traveling from out of state and made two separate visits because the food is so good. Family owned and operated and great looking bartenders.

Saw this place on Unilocal and decided to try it. The waitress was young cute and very nice. She said her parents owned the place and told about the history of the building it is a neat old building. I had the wavy gravy burger and Mac and cheese. My wife had the zz top burger and fries.
We shared our food and the burgers were good along with the Mac and cheese. But the fries were out of this world. The only negative I can give is that the burgers were on the rare side. I don’t mind them that way but my wife does not. Just something for you to keep in mind when ordering.

It not a bad place. Had the ZZ top chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun. My husband had the ZZ top burger. Both sandwiches were good. The service was slow. Only 4 beers on tap. Miller Lite, Bud Light, Leinys seasonal and Hinterland Luna Coffee Stout. More choices in bottles. Had to pay for fries separate.

So you’re on the road, you check into the hotel (by the submarine), hungry, thirsty, looking for something good.
You hear laughter and classic rock. You’re met by the chef, whose Jammin to the juke box. Hes a good guy, knows food, and music.
The bartender smiles and serves ya.
That kinda place.

Went here 1 time for a burger…
Took forever to get the food, almost 45 minutes.
Finally got the burger and it was burnt, black and crispy.
Don’t even bother, like someone else said, if you want good pub food go to Capones

They’ve got great burgers of all different kinds. It’s fun to try them all, especially the specials. Many of them are served on pretzel rolls.

This place has a great burger and a ton of great beers. The people working their seem to really know their patrons. The menu was creative and the mac and cheese is out of this world. Worth a stop if you are traveling to or through Manitowoc.
