I had a mostly positive experience. Ordered my husband a college mascot. It turned out better than expected, and I was able to present it to him in time for his birthday. Please note, submit custom orders months in advance, as there’s no guaranteed time line. They are artists, after all. Better yet, just pick out a piece from their inventory, and take with you then! Prices for small and medium pieces run about $ 80 – 150. Heidi Jo was especially kind and helpful. Support local businesses!

Terrible business model. First, it was very difficult to even place an order which should have been my first clue, but despite that I still made a purchase. I was told by the owner that the item would arrive in 1 week and it has now been 2 weeks, but still no sign of the item. I call and call and leave multiple voicemails that go unanswered. After 5 calls I tried calling with my husband’s phone and I got an immediate pick-​up. (Are they screening my calls??). I then spoke with the manager/​owner over the phone. He brushed-​off my concerns and says he will have to have his assistant call me back because he cannot work the computer to check the status of my order. The man would scarcely allow me to finish a sentence without interrupting me. Of course, he already has my $ 350, so why should he care? He also tells me he is sorry one of his employees promised the arrival of the item on-​time, because he would NEVER do that… I almost started laughing. Bill Fee, you are the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone, that day! Did his assistant, Heidi, call me back? …of course not… All around, terrible business, owner and all. Do not give this company your money!

Very nice hand made wood art. He will even paint it what ever color you like.
