One of the best places we stopped on our trip. All the games from when we grew up and all 25 cents or less! Great for kids too!

If you’re looking for pinball, this is a must-visit. This place just KEEPS. ON. GOING. You think you’ve seen all the games it has to offer, and lo and behold, there’s yet ANOTHER small storefront to enter. Very impressive! The amount of pinball machines I saw in this location rivals some of the other massive places around the country(Modern Pinball, OneUp, HQ) although all the machines are separated among many buildings. They had some newer pins, like LOTR and Whoa Nelly, along with lots and lots of older pins. I would say probably about 10 – 15 games in the 90s era and newer, and about 20 or so games from before then. We had a blast playing all of the pins, and even checked some off of our list that we’d never seen or just never had the opportunity to play at other places. The only things that bugged me about this venue was 1) how crammed everything was — can be tough to get on machines with others lingering right around it and 2) no alcohol, but it made for a great late morning or afternoon destination. I’m not sure if it was the day we went, but the area feels almost ghost-town like and doesn’t appear to be staffers in uniform walking around and helping monitor things. So sometimes, you can end up in one of the buildings all by yourself! Kinda creepy but kinda cool. Overall, would highly recommend!

We always stop in here with the kids when we’re in Manitou. Such a cute place, and lots to do even if you don’t have a lot of money to spend. They love the arcade, especially the skee-ball. It’s a popular and busy attraction, especially on weekends but still worth a visit. Sometimes we’ve put money into one of the arcade games only to have it glitch out.(Some of them look to be vintage!) But there are lots of staff members milling around, and they are always glad to help a customer when this happens. There are many different arcade games here, and when the kids are done playing they get to exchange their tickets at the little prize counter. The rides are cute, too and there are lots of fun snacking options and gift shops nearby. We come here a lot and always have a blast.

Not the latest arcade machines, but still loads of fun. Had a good time tossing a couple quarters in the pinball machines. The pinball machines are showing wear and tear(flip you flipper flip flip flip, @$#%%#!) and although I love pinball, I’m really bad at it. Note that the older machines have an unlabeled, usually silver«start» button near the coin slot that needs to be pushed before you can play. Also had plenty of first person shooter games. I used to be alright at Area 51 and Lethal Enforcer and yes they had them. Didn’t see any sketchy folks there, but I can see how it could happen, since there are multiple uncontrolled entrances and I didn’t see any security. Keep an eye on the kiddies if that concerns you.

Can’t beat 25 cent rounds of Skeeball! On nice evenings such as the past few, this place is hopping with people of all ages. It’s free to enter the area and wander around, so if on a whim you decide to drop a penny or a quarter on a vintage game, it’s not like you’re spending any sort of fortune for the quirky entertainment. I’ve been here many times and it’s always a great time. Within walking distance of everything you might want in Manitou Springs, including restaurants and cafes, ice cream and candy shops, various bars, two grassy parks by the stream, and shopping. It’s not perfect, but it is inexpensive and simple.

old pinball machines. old video games. if you are a gamer who can see beyond COD and MW3 and turn off the console, this place and the others around here are damn cool. Most of the pinball machines I had never seen before. Crazy stuff. Worth checking out.

I have to say, this place was a blast. I’m not old enough to appreciate much of the history and stories that really just seeps from the walls of the Arcade, but that doesn’t mean that I can’t really enjoy it. This place feels like a museum that someone left open one day and everyone broke into have a blast one night. You can walk-in and spend no more than $ 2 for hours of fun, if you spend your money wisely and are at least an apprentice to the Pinball Wizard. I highly recommend stopping in for as long as you can to have a blast at this walk through gaming history.

Love Manitou. Lived there awhile and would do so again in an instant. The arcacde is good cheap fun and always takes you back to a more carefree era.

What a cool place to go to with the family. I came here expecting some basic pinball and atari games. What I got was a full spectrum of gaming from the 50’s to current era games. The games range from old school pinball and conveyer belt shooters to Donkey Kong to Dance Dance Revolution and Guitar Hero. The Penny Arcade has games that can literally be played for 1, 5, or 10 cents. Occasionally you’ll hit a broken game; there were about two or three games that stole a dime during my two hour stint here. But it’s totally worth it. Almost all of the games look beat up, but it’s more endearing than it is sketchy. Plus they have small car rides for kids ten and under. Some negatives include the coin eaters, and that the openness of the gaming areas leave little defense against poor weather. This is a cute arcade in a cute town. I look forward to my next visit.

Fun for the littles, but bring your own quarters. It was busy on the Sunday that we went…

Another great place next to the penny arcades. So much fun and the games are classics. Not your standard Dave & Buster or mall arcade overpriced 21st century games. So much fun with so little time. More cities need to capture the classic arcades. I have only seen one other place like this in Newport Beach…

This place is a great classic arcade. Lots of pinball machines, arcade games, and ticket games. It has quite a bit of older games but it has newer games too. My favorite are the pinball machines. I saw two newer Sterns(Lord of the rings and CSI) and several EM games and a few SS. Probably 25 pins in all. Several old light gun games and a few manikin games too. Most of the games were just a quarter. My wife and I enjoyed getting our pictures taken in one of the old black & white photo booths. One of the buildings had a display with dozens of old gumball machines. Just a neat old place. Of course it would be nice to see some of the Williams Pins from the 90s, but you just don’t find places like this anymore. Definitely a place you could kill a couple of hours at.

Talk about a blast from the past. Lots of fun can be had at this old school arcade. from horse races to skee ball to old pinball machines that actually still work. Definitely a place to hit up if you are in Manitou Springs

If I could have a beer while playing pinball they’d get their 5th star. New pins at least every two years. Maintained pretty well… rich in history.

25 cent skeeball with candy prizes is the draw for me, but there are lots of different games, although in a very small area. It’s not really they type of place you can spend a whole day at.

one of the best trips down memory lane ever. there’s skee-ball, air-hockey, quarter rides, arcade video games and games over 100 years old. i have great fun going and playing massive amounts of skee-ball and giving my tickets away to random children. good family fun here.

We had a most fabulous Sunday evening playing old-school pinball for hours upon hours. We also took some pretty fabulous photos on the animal rides. What a GEM!

The Manitou Springs arcade is a place steeped in history… the history of fun arcade games! This place is a local and tourist hang-out, and has everything from old school pinball machines, to the penny arcade, to the nasty funnel-cake food. It is found in a beautiful location, close to the creek and Soda Springs Park, and has actual running mineral springs that are open to the public to drink from… which make you feel… great. Mmm… trace minerals. This place is a fantastic spot, and really gives Manitou Springs that special flavor.
