Specialties

Boxing Mechanics is our specialty. It can be taken privately or in a group. It’s our mandatory boxing intro for women who have never boxed before.

In Mechanics, we patiently teach you basic boxing fundamentals to help you build a strong boxing foundation that will give you the advantage in reaching your training, fighting and fitness goals!

Our women only group training consists of small groups that focus on punching techniques, building combinations and in improving overall body strength by incorporating H.I.I.T. in between rounds. All group training sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance, must have at least four people rsvp’d and will include the following:

* Basic Punching Techniques

* Mirror Work and Shadow Boxing

* Slipping Punches

* Blocking Punches

* Punching Drills and Combinations

* Double-End Bag Rounds

* Punching Mitts

* Non-contact Sparring Drills

* Strength & Conditioning
