As a resident of New York City for over twenty years, Wen has witnessed many neighborhoods transform and evolve. Wen’s real estate career began at Goldman Sachs, where her group invested in commercial real estate. She also gained extensive knowledge of mortgage and real estate trends as a rating analyst at a top tier rating agency involved in analyzing residential mortgage backed securities.

Originally from Taiwan, Wen came to the United States with her family at a young age. She grew up in Long Island and moved to Manhattan for college at the New York University, where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business as well as an MBA. In her 20+ years living in the city, she had resided in Greenwich Village, the East Village, Chelsea, the Upper West Side, Battery Park, Murray Hill and currently resides in Gramercy.

In addition to seeing amazing properties in NYC, Wen enjoys traveling, photography, scuba diving, knitting, and tango dancing.
