Had the oil pressure in our truck drop substantially on our way into town, so my husband came straight to Walmart to have the oil changed thinking it might be the filter causing it. The girl in the automotive center looked us up and checked in the truck. Moments later my husband got a phone call as we were walking through the store. It was the Department Manager who stated they didn’t have a lift that would support our dually. My husband told him he’d had the oil changed here seven months prior and it was listed in their records but the Manager(who was new as of six months ago) insisted they couldn’t do it. So my husband informed him he’d just buy the filter then and change it out in the parking lot to which the manager replied no he wouldn’t or he’d call the police. Hopefully my husband learns from this experience. I switched to Target a few years ago and abhor what Walmart has become.

It’s Walmart, what can you say that’s new? They’re almost all the same unless you’re in some tiny little town. Several store employees walking up and down the isles who don’t ever greet you or ask if you need help finding something and sometimes flat out ignore you when you’re waiting to ask them something. Only 5 lanes open despite being busy. The ONLY time I can go here(or any Walmart) is after midnight or before 9am when you can find people who will actually ask you if you need help finding something and don’t have to wait in line for half an hour.
