Vegetarian Oasis had a booth at Bisco, a weekend-long music festival, and I didn’t shop at any other food vendor after I had my first falafel wrap. Yup, it’s that good. My friends are vegetarian and gluten-free, and I’m vegan, and they did a wonderful job of accommodating everyone’s needs. If you’re vegan you definitely have to try the falafel burrito with avocado instead of cheese, yum!

Felt so good to know there were vegan options at the Bryant Park Holiday Shops. They have an awesome menu of toasted wraps that include fillings like felafel, chickpea, black bean, and potato. You can substitute regular cheese for daiya. There are tons of hot sauces to choose from too. Definitely check it out while the shops are open.
