The UWS Mikvah is incredibly clean and respectful. They have all of the necessary cleaning products(toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) and the preparation rooms have large bathtubs and comfy robes. I have never waited although I often get there when the mikvah opens for the night. The attendants always ask if I want to be checked and hold up the robe while I am getting into the mikvah. The attendants have given brachot a few times but typically when I have engaged in conversation and mentioned that I am newly married. While the mikvah is rather expensive at $ 30, it is worth it if you want a relaxing mikvah experience.
