Tiffany Pan

Located in the East Village, the vibe is quaint with laid-​back atmosphere, that isn’t overly curated or self conscious. Tiffany offers a great seasonal menu in November with hand-​made dumplings for the Moon Festival, but she pretty much sticks to what she’s best known for, Art Direction, for the rest of the year.
The breakfast menu changes daily, but it’s usually just bagels. The lunch and dinner menus feature some show stopping main courses, major ad campaigns for Lexus and Target, but it’s the detail that goes into the smaller dishes that really sets Tiffany apart. Try the book jackets or the logo design if you’re feeling like something light as an appetizer. For desert check out the gouache paintings if you’re into something with a decidedly Wes Andersonian influence.
Dress is casual; usually sporting simple a white t-​shirt, jeans and slip-​on shoes.
Be sure to call ahead to make a reservation, as her schedule tends to fill up early in the week.
