Specialties
Shine specializes in custom, pop-up classes, parties, and events for children ages 6 months to 12 years.
History
Established in 2004.
Founded by Aaron Goldschmidt in 2004, Shine began as a simple idea: classic children’s enrichment classes with a creative, modern twist. Along with a team of hand-selected, like-minded educators, the Shine team embarked on this new philosophy of early childhood education by offering classes, parties and events that proved successful from the start.
Seeing a need for flexibility and accessibility in children’s education, Shine went mobile in 2006, bringing innovative and enriched experiences into the homes, buildings, and lives of families all over the New York tri-state area. With the launch of the Shine website in 2011, their creative vision and child-centered philosophies are no longer just word-of-mouth and now available to everyone.
