OMG, it’s such a shame. it could be a successful consignment shop — like many of the other 2nd time around locations — but unfortunately it’s run by a woman with a napoleon complex. dripping with condescension, she is exactly the opposite of what she should be. and the inventory reflects her personality. don’t waste your time on this place: not for shopping, not for consigning.

Conceded confinement store has no problems wasting your time, looking you up and down as you enter the store and belittling your items before they give them all back to you. Horrible experience– WASTEOFTIME.

First time in this STA, been to the Providence location and have passed by the others in the city, but thought I’d drop in one day while I was walking around… Selection was not too bad, more diverse than Providence spot, but pretty similar to the other ones in the city. Clean, organized, and well stocked store. Kat was the sales associate on staff, nice enough, but not at all on the same level as the girls in PVD, but it’s alright, must just be a city thang– no biggie! I was more interested in selling and my only issue with this business is that if you’d like to sell something, you must make an appointment(which is fine) but their hours are at pretty inconvenient times. Drop off only on the weekends(which means that if they don’t like your stuff they don’t give it back) and 11−5pm on the weekdays. um hello I have to work, and so do most people? Also keep in mind that STA does not buy your items upfront– it is real consignment, they take your items and then payout a percentage when it sells. I’d like to browse the racks a little more and see what kind of stuff we are working with– review update to come!
