Great selection of stuff for a reasonable price. YSL Tribute boots for $ 400? Can you really say no to that? Really friendly staff. Stuff is in amazing condition, even the stuff on consignment. Best time to go is when stuff is on sale, but prices still reasonably priced without the discounts. Note, considering the stuff is new or fairly close, the prices are definitely higher than your regular consignment shop. Consider it like going to a sample sale, minus the sample sale madness.

To keep my review transparent I’ll post what I sent to Laurie in response to her comment– If you happened to ever work in your store maybe this wouldn’t have happened. I didn’t examine the jacket, because if I did I would question why there were no serial tags. I did send pictures to my mother, but immediately there after I tried on other items in the store to purchase. I sent the pictures because I wanted her opinion. The first day that I went in the store after I bought the jacket your manager said that there was nothing to be done and i should glue it. YOUANDYOURMANAGERDIDNOTOFFERTOREPAIRITTHEFIRSTDAY. Since she could not do anything I asked her«what is her purpose?» — and what she could and did do was she kick me out of the store. I wrote the review after the first time I went to return the jacket. The second day is when I came back with my mother and your manager said that you would fix it, never offering to send it to Chanel. And also MYMOTHERCALLEDTHEPOLICEFIRST. When they arrived they spoke to me about the matter not being criminal and being civil, and how to proceed. Before the police we called arrived, a sales boy in the store felt the need to call additional police. We left on our own free will after speaking to the police. Its not an issue about the money its about the quality of customer service and the fact that you can leave this review but NOT directly speak to your customers. One thing I did omit was that both the man that sold it to me and the manager stated that neither one of them ever saw the jacket before. So in my mind neither one of them can confirm its authentic and that would be up to you. However you were too busy or far removed from you clients to be bothered. Why would I physically threaten to harm you’re employees over a jacket? I’m not some crazy person who had sticker shock over this jacket. I actually thought it was priced low,(as an afterthought) BECAUSE of its questionable authenticity. Trying to one up my review makes you look petty and unprofessional. You, Laurie were not there and apparently have pieced it together through hearsay. It wasn’t the first time I purchased from your store, I’ve bought several shoes, a bag and a wallet from roundabout. Even if I wasn’t given a refund and I was offered store credit I would have taken it. If you claim its an authentic Chanel Jacket you wouldn’t have a problem reselling it. So I’m stuck with a FAKE-UNGLUED-CHANELJACKET, which I’ve contacted Chanel and they can not authenticate.

Myself, and 2 other people I’ve talked to, refuse to shop at this store any longer for the same reason. I went out of my way to be nice to the salespeople because I, too, work in retail. The employees were snobby. Very snobby. I tried on 2 dresses and was going to buy both, but decided on only because I refuse to spend good money when I’m not getting good service. Cute boutique. such a shame. A wise word to the owner: fire your staff and start over.

Went here to sell a dress on consignment. Really friendly staff. She took one of my items and passed on the other but was super polite and cool about the whole thing. The stuff doesn’t even look like it’s second hand. Pretty fantastic and nice to know it’s around.

Oh here is a cute consignment store. There is a ton of labels here, so you should definitely expect to spend anywhere from $ 50 — $ 900 for items here. I even saw some Chanel clothing, which is something I do not see that much in consignment stores. Other labels here include: Prada, Alice + Olivia, DvF, Missoni, Theory, Milly, Coach, etc. They sell items that are in season so for spring, I saw a lot of pinks and oranges. I fell in love with an Alexander McQueen red dress but alas, it was still like $ 400 or so. The layout makes it easy to browse clothes. High ceilings and there is a lower level that has a lot of sale items. I did get an Alice + Olivia sleeveless orange dress for $ 99(ouch). The selection is pretty decent, although still rather pricey(a plain black Chanel tank top will still run you $ 200, for example). However, I feel like the staff here are kind of snooty, which deters from the whole shopping experience. I even heard a few them complaining about a girl wearing a t-shirt as a dress(t-shirt dress?) — bitching about something openly in front of customers is quite rude, even if the person in question is not in the area.

Ive visited this place multiple times. Pros: well curated, great designer pieces even the occasional couture item. Previous review on pricing is accurate. Problem is that as badly as I want to buy SOMETHING I can never find anything to my liking. Havent visited the other locations. I am pretty sure this is their newest. Maybe their UES and CT locations have more? Still have faith in it though, and def would return

It is difficult to review places like this. On the one hand, it is high-end merchandise and for that, these are good prices. The lower ticket items go for about $ 80-$ 130. The higher priced items average around $ 300-$ 500 which is pretty marked down for designer goods. The salespeople are very helpful and whatever you come in dressed like, they are polite and attentive. However, I was not in love with the merchandise. Some of it looks… for lack of a better word… cheap. If you’re going to pick an item that costs this much you want it to look like you’ve spent that much on a quality piece. Frayed edges, puckering, strange fits… There were some nice items too, but in my case I did not discover anything in my size or style. But I will return here when they restock. Thus, 3 stars. I think if you happen to go on the right day you might walk out of here with a real find. I’m wary about wandering around this area too often though, because the nearby designer shops are very tempting…
