Update: In response to Edward’s comment to my first review:
1.) His timeline is completely off. This can be easily verified by our email threads. Appalled that he somehow missed this.
2.) Other facts are not accurate.
3.) I did not use any of your professional services in my job applications, which can be verified. I have told you this in our conversations and am appalled that you continue to use this as a defense. More red flags about your business integrity.
Your website at the time of my purchase and until the day I sent a complaint says 4 business days. This is misleading advertising not only to me, but the many other consumers who may use your products. You also mentioned over the phone that this would be «expedited service, because it usually takes a little longer». Again, this is very misleading to consumers. You also did not respond to my email which had my feedback questions. I had to chase you down via phone again to talk to you. When we did discuss my resume, you mentioned that you would follow my requests, but the actual products were not what I communicated that I wanted.
I would be happy to speak to anyone who has questions about choosing his services.
