Established in 2011.
After cutting his teeth in the downtown market at a boutique firm, Raphael made the move to what would later become Bohemia Realty Group, LLC., where he now focuses in sales throughout the five boroughs and rentals above 96th Street. In the last 3 years, we have gone from a team of 18 agents to a company of over 80.

A native of Southern California, Raphael studied urban planning at UCLA before venturing to New York to graduate from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. With over 15 years of experience in the New York residential real estate market as both a customer and an agent, he knows how stressful looking for a new place can be, and does whatever it takes to make this often daunting process as smooth, easy, and enjoyable as possible.
