DONT PARK HERE! Like Nicole who posted earlier I also parked at this location Sunday evening ²⁄₁₄. What a mess… waited over an hour for our car to be brought up from the garage following a show. Patrons waited so long they headed down into the garage to get their cars. The garage staff actually shut the door, and police were called. All for the discount price of $ 42. It was 16 degrees out and the small waiting area was packed like sardines. the wait was so long others had to wait outside. I felt bad for the guys working there. Clearly understaffed.

If I could give negative stars I would. We have parked at many garages and it has never taken more than 40 minutes to get the car, we are still waiting at 45 minutes. They actually locked the gate when people went to retrieve their cars. Holding all paid customers cars hostage. Insane!!! Do not park here!!!

Terrible, rip-​off experience. We prepaid $ 29 to park here through a third party online service, had a reservation for a fixed time and a printed coupon with scannable code. We gave it to the attendant, as instructed, on arrival and watched him scan it in. They gave us a ticket.
When we retuned to pick up the car, the woman at the desk asked for our credit card and we gave it to her. They billed us for $ 40. We immediately pointed out that we had prepaid and asked for a reversal of the charge but the woman most unpleasantly refused. We asked for a manager, and although he smiled the whole time and was outwardly friendly, he told us they just don’t do refunds. I even asked what would have happened if they had inadvertently charged us $ 400 and of course, he would not answer. His position was we needed to show the coupon AGAIN when we left (NOT stated on written the instructions) and that now it was too late. After 20 minutes we gave up and have disputed the charge through the cc company. The worst part is I am quite sure this must happen all the time because his suggestion was that we get a refund from the coupon company and he had recommendations of how to do it and how many days it would take!

Parking garages –in my opinion– earn 1 or 5 stars depending on whether or not they return your car not in the same condition as when you handed it over to them. My car was returned to me with two deep scrapes and paint transfer. Not like it makes a difference, I didn’t catch it until this morning (the day after). «You have to check your car before you leave the garage.» I know that. I also know that the response if I did check before I left would have been: «we didn’t do that. That was already there.» You can never win in NYC.
36 hours after using Quik Park I found another dent and more paint transfer on my lower bumper. They obviously feel comfortable playing bumper cars with clients’ vehicles. P’sOS!

I am a NYC resident. I obtained a tax certificate which reduces the tax by 8.375%. I submitted the form to the garage which has failed to apply the reduction. It is impossible to reach a human being when you call the office. You are instructed to leave a message and your call will be returned — sure, any day now.

location at 95 Wall Street (106 Front Street) is horrible. The manager last Thursday night was nasty. I went over the time limit by 10 minutes and he charged me an additional $ 24. This was a total rip off. There are so many other places to park in lower manhattan and although this is directly across the street from my job … I will GO TO ANOTHER PLACE from now on. I don’t mind paying … i mind feeling as though I have been cheated and then dealing with a nasty manager to boot is too much.

DO NOT PARK AT ANY QUIK PARKS! I used one of their locations in Queens, and on numerous occasions my car was returned to me with scratches on the door and on the bumper. The last time a huge scrape on my bumper cost me $ 350 to have repaired. Also, I wish I had looked up this company online first. If you check the better business bureau website, they have 28 complaints filed against them, the majority of which are for car damages! Also, they NEVER return phone calls, and their contact number always gives you their answering machine. Oh, and they also DON’T PAY for damages! They «misplaced» my car.
After a 10 hour day in the city with my granddaughter, we were ready to get home. I paid, was told that the car would «be right up», and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited…
The crowd was moderate at most. This should have taken ten to fifteen minutes, tops. The three employees, however, were so slow, that even the old fellow who takes in new vehicles was telling them to hurry up. When he did, they would shoot him a dirty look and move even slower.
I knew something was up once I knew for sure that groups who had arrived after me were getting their cars.
We put up with this until it reached the half hour mark. When I complained to the cashier, her attitude was «why is it such a big deal? Don’t worry!» Had I not called attention to this, would I still be waiting there?
Another ten minutes passed, I confronted one of the retrievers who brusquely asked for a description in an annoyed manner.
Another ten minutes passed. A second retriever asked for the same information a second time.
Finally, my car emerged from the depth below — AN HOUR AFTER THE WHOLE THING STARTED.
Time IS money. Cheap prices do not outweigh the lost hour. The staff here is definitely incompetent. What was worse was the attitude. There was no sense that THEY screwed up. They made it seem as though it was somehow my fault that I left a car that was difficult for them to locate in the place where THEY left it.
The theater district is loaded with parking facilities. Do yourself a favor. Use ANY of the others!

I needed to get out of the city fast but I ended up waiting forever for the person to get my car. I had to wait 30 minutes and people ahead of me got their cars first. When I finally asked the attendant about it, it turns out he had my ticket all along but his excuse was because the car was on the top level thus I had to wait.
Very upset about the wait… and rude attendants.
Good price but need to work on the service

No problems what so ever and cheap compared to the Manhattan garages. You need to give keys to the staff out there and they park it for you and when you are back, they bring back to you. Driving in those difficult turns is handled by them,

A bit confusing when parking here but overall a good deal for NYC:
When entering, they tell you to drive down, but don’t really say how far to go. We saw some cars stop and leave their cars at level C even though you’re suppose to do so at level D (no instructions from the employees, so your best bet is to follow the other cars).
Super slow elevator to get back up to ground level.
However, you can’t beat the prices $ 15 (which includes tax) for the day if you’re in by 11 AM and out by midnight.
Getting your car at the end of the day is more simple. We came out from seeing Wicked (awesome show) and the line to pay was moving relatively quickly. They were getting 1 or 2 cars out every few minutes, and it took us about 10 minutes after paying to get our car (we were among the first group to arrive).
One thing is that they do park and re-​park your cars a lot during the day, which can use up a lot of gas since they really punch down on the gas pedals when driving.
Overall, a convenient location for a decent price (assuming you can make it in early enough to qualify for the all day rate).
