never understood why anybody would eat chicken when they can have duck instead. quattro s together with hudson valley farm are my main source for birds, quattro s also sells great deer

I discovered the wonderful world of freshly laid pheasant eggs at Quattro’s. If you haven’t had the pleasure of eating pheasant eggs I suggest you buy some and prepare them the way ypu would chicken eggs. They have a stronger, earthier taste. Turkey, duck and regular chicken eggs (all organic I believe) are also sold, as well as raw and smoked, whole pheasant, Pekin duck and chicken.
Quattro’s has a farm/​store up in Pleasant Valley, NY, which I haven’t been to.
