Important heads up… this is a Cash Only business with no ATM on-​site, there are no kiosks available to pay for parking in advance, and last but not least there is only one parking attendant. So why are these issues so important to consider before parking here???
Several months ago, I parked my vehicle here for the early bird special enter by 10am and exit by 7pm for $ 11. Upon exiting, it was 655pm and the car in front of me was taking some extra time talking to the attendant. By the time I handed over my parking ticket, the time stamp was 701pm and I was charged $ 26.
Today, I decided to give the garage a second chance and parked my car on the roof. I returned at 650pm with enough time to get to my vehicle and the 125^th street entrance was malfunctioning. I swiped my parking ticket at least 8 times and the door did not open. I had to run to the second entrance on 126^th street and explained the situation to the attendant. I ran to the roof and arrived to the parking gate at 702pm. Yet again, a $ 26 parking because of access issues. I will be reaching out to management because these types of experiences are unacceptable. This place needs to get with the program, it’s 2015; any chance of an upgrade???
