History
Established in 2010.
Each session starts with warming the body from the inside out, followed by the «practice» All we can tell you about the practice is that we’ll never go through the same routine twice, and your pace throughout the session will change constantly, along with the number of repetitions, load, and intensity from explosive movements to resting postures.
We keep the body guessing, so it starts correcting and aligning itself immediately.

Welcome! My name is Brandon Sewall, born and raised in the State of Maine. Building happy, healthy bodies using the «natural method» is my mission. I work with clients (my Maine’iacs) of all ages and fitness levels, from people overcoming illness and injury to elite athletes.
