STAYAWAY! I dropped my shirt off here, free of any stains, for a regular cleaning. Park West Cleaners II kept my shirt for two weeks. I came by each day only to hear one excuse after the next for the constant delays. Finally, after demanding my shirt back, I received a shirt with two, large yellow stains. Not only did the owner refuse to grant the $ 10 dry-cleaning refund for ruining my $ 70 shirt, but I was yelled at and blamed for the new stains. Go at your own risk.

I’ve never written a review because I’ve never felt strongly enough about a particular establishment to do so… until now. First, this place seems to have lost my comforter. They haven’t admitted its lost, which is even more troubling, but can’t seem to find it and it’s been 3 weeks since I dropped it off. But even worse was the way the handled the matter on a personal level, showing no concern whatsoever and no sense of urgency to rectify the situation while I sleep in the cold without a blanket. The woman I dealt with was rude and totally unapologetic. Small claims court is next. In summary: No matter how convenient this place is for you, go elsewhere instead! If you come here, you will regret it.

Really 0 stars. It’s a shame Dani Cleaners closed :(Begin rant: These people do not give two flying Jesuses about their customers. THEYDIDNOTDRYCLEANMYSTUFFONTWOOCCASIONS #1. I was promised that a sweater would be ready by a certain day and time. Upon calling to see if it was ready, the girl on the phone tells me that it’s still wet… Whaaa? It was supposed to be dry cleaned. «Ok we can lay it flat to dry.» No. Just no. I NEEDEDITDRYCLEANED. I suggest solutions(dry clean it, duh) or at least just let the item dry free of charge. Silence. The sweater came back wrinkled. WHYDID I GOBACK? #2. I sent out my laundry. I called and explained that I had 3 pieces to DRYCLEAN(3 piece minimum btw, which is BS). They were in a separate bag labeled DRYCLEAN. Can you guess what happened? They got washed and folded. So I call up to explain and she interrupts me and says«well we send out our dry cleaning.» She clearly wasn’t listening to what I had to say. I tell her that my items were washed instead of dry cleaned. She offers no solution until I ask for a refund. She tells me «ok you have to come in so we can weigh the clothing and deduct it from the dry cleaning charge.» I’m not coming in to weigh 3 items and I’m definitely not trusting you with my dry cleaning ever again. A BRIEFSUMMARY: One sweater came back wrinkled. And not dry cleaned. One bent collar on a Brooks Brothers shirt. And not dry cleaned Two shirts shrunken. And not dry cleaned. If you want a refund you need to SQUEEEEZE it out of them. Park West 2? Crap. Also, the guy who picks up and delivers is a jerk. And he was an hour late on both occasions. We live 2 avenues away.

The service was not welcoming, they offered 3 days service and didn’t mention the 10 $ min nowhere. I came to pick up the laundry at 0730 am after confirming they open at 0700am but the store was closed and no one answered the phone. Been here twice-first and last!

While I was skeptical not having a laundry facility nearby my new place, I took a chance and chose the closest dry cleaner/laundry place. And the experience was great! I dropped it off before work, prepaid(saved 30%) and picked up my laundry after work. Overall it was pretty cheap, too! And I had the choice of when I wanted my dry cleaning done! The guys working were super sweet, and I’m so glad that this wonderful place is in my neighborhood!
