Very nice, very easy to work with, very patient. I am having my watch overhauled and left it at shop. I needed a picture of my watch to send to an appraiser. Called the store and Rafael said he would take the picture for me and text it to me. Very good customer service.

I commissioned Omega Jewelers to make a pair of custom boxing gloves to hang from a chain for someone very special. Let me say that the end product was better than expected, the owner was professional, patient even when I went back to discuss size. The owner went beyond the call of duty and had the finished product completed on schedule as promised. He made me feel comfortable with the decisions and the end product was absolutely stunning. Lets just say that my special someone is completely thrilled and has not stopped talking about what a great gift this was. I want to thank Omega for making this experience fantastic and bringing a smile to my beautiful partner. Thank you.

Beyond Fabulous! This jeweler is a true artist. I brought in my engagement ring that was in a plain setting and no longer fit me and the owner designed a ring that is unique and gorgeous. He also designed a matching wedding band that is also beautiful. I got compliments on my ring the next day. I love that my ring reflects my personal taste and is modern and stylish. Rafael spent a lot of time with me on my design and was very patient with my gazillion ideas. His pricing is totally reasonable and a great deal. I have already sent my mom and two of my friends and they have all been thrilled. I have bought little things before in the past and have always gotten my watches fixed at Omega in the past and always thought the customer service was fabulous. My husband is looking at a watch right now and Omega has some great deals on some beautiful watches. I have lived in fidi for over 10 years and am glad to now have finally found a jeweler that is talented, trustworthy and offers great pricing. Recommend highly!

Never buy a piece of Jewelry from this Omega. Bought a bracelet made out of rubber with silver logo. Sales Witch at store asked if I wanted to wear it home. Wore from store to my house. It hurt and was too small. Took off and put in original box. Brought back to store 2 days later for exchange with receipt as it reads on receipt «have 14 days if not worn and in good condition. Would not do exchange without me stopping payment on charge card. OK so wearing out of store was a trick. they were rude over $ 280 bracelet… OMG how would they be 17K watch. BTW lost sale as friend was going to buy 8k watch.

Good quality adjustment on my watch. Much faster service than I expected. I was in and out. Friendly staff.

Horrendous and to be avoided. Unless you love paying 3x the price. I recently purchased a battery for my watch. Only to discover that I paid three times what it would’ve cost me at radio shack! Which is only a block away. And doesn’t matter if you have the receipt for an unopened item. Omega only offers store credit, which is useless. I like to support small businesses, but in this case, it just left me furious.
