Warning: this company just did a LivingSocial in New Orleans under the name of «Bayou Clean Team.» I’ve contacted them three times to make an appointment and no one will get back to me. There is no phone number on the website. I googled them and found nothing. I finally saw that they left «NYC Clean Team» on their website in one place, googled it, and voila! found this thread. Absolute thieves. I can’t even figure out how to get my money back.

and groupon. there is no phone number and no human to talk to directly. they make you pay up front and they don’t send a cleaning lady!

Awful experience. Made an appointment online. No one came to clean. I left 5+ messages and never got a return call. When I finally got them on the phone all I wanted was a refund for the tax and gratuity they made me pay to MAKE the appointment. They said they could not find any record of my appointment or my payment. I gave them all the paypal confirmation information and they said they would call me back.
After not receiving a call back and not being able to get them on the phone again I have filed a complaint with paypal and if they doesn’t work I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
This is the worst business I have ever tried to work with. Stay away.

This is the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I too, purchased a Groupon and not only did it take me WEEKS to book an appointment because they never answer their phone, but the apartment looked dirtier after than it did before! Additionally, they make you pay an extra $ 30 fee for gratuity and other miscellaneous charges, which they neglected to tell Groupon when posting the deal. They are absolutely horrible, unprofessional and I would never recommend them to ANYONE.

HORRIBLE. I have got a groupon for their service, we made a deposit and reservation but never call back. When we called again, they yelled at us and hang up. What kind of business is that? NEVER use them.
