Meet the Business Owner
Patricia R.
Business Owner
Certified as Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), Patricia holds certifications in Pilates, yoga, Resist-a-Ball and Healthy Mom’s Pre/postnatal training. She works with weights, resistance bands and balls, tubing, stability boards and rollers — whatever works to get you to your personal best and keep you motivated to stay there.
Patricia’s exploration of strength training systems began when she came to New York City to dance in 1989. She has performed with, choreographed and taught at some of New York City’s most renowned dance companies, including Michael Mao and H.T. Chen & Dancers.
Requiring strength, power and flexibility, dance can be punishing to a body that is improperly trained. Patricia tried all the prevailing fitness disciplines, mastered the most effective ones and ultimately developed the Moving Strength personal training system.
