Great place to get a personalized gift! The store is cute and the staff is very helpful with picking monogram styles. So many great gifts! I would definitely recommend it to anyone shopping for that extra special gift for someone!

The owner and staff are extremely disrespectful, judgmental and unprofessional. I can’t remember the last time I was spoken to so rudely. While their products are cute, they are overpriced and not worth the trip. I will not go back and would recommend others against visiting this store!

I will never go to this store again. Both the owner and the staff are horrible. They are like a bunch of spoiled teenagers who have never had the word «no» said to them. The motto, «The customer is always right,» definitely does not apply here. Question a thing about one of their overpriced products, and they will lash out at you and even talk about you behind your back to other customers! I have been a Carnegie Hill resident for over 20 years and have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in a store here. Don’t go!

Fantastic addition to the Carnegie Hill neighborhood. Great place to get a personalized gift since there’s a monogram machine in the shop (with quick turn-​around time from when you place your order to when it is ready… plus price of monogram is included in item cost)! Great assortment of product and constantly getting new things in (I’ve been in twice and got a wedding present and then a baby gift). Friendly staff are helpful and make you feel welcome and comfortable in the shop. Definitely plan to return and tell my friends about this fun find!
