History

Established in 2011.

Prior to founding the Minton Law Group, P.C., Peter Minton practiced in the business transactions department of a large New York City law firm where he represented private equity and hedge fund clients in a diverse range of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, bankruptcies, secured transactions and activist investing campaigns.

Business Owner

Peter Minton is the founder of the Minton Law Group, P.C., a transactional and corporate law firm focused on angel investors, venture capitalists and the emerging businesses they invest in. Before coming to New York, Peter grew up outside of Cleveland, Ohio and received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
