The whole process of wrecking my car was even more stressful with this company. They ruined a few parts towing it, charged outrageous lot fees when their lot wasn’t even 1⁄16 full, and had terrible rates for towing. For one day, a tow there, and a tow down the street it was 600 bucks. Will never use them again. Manhattan wrecker is cheaper and friendlier.
