Hello, Coach Mike here! Fitness and athletics have always been an intricate part of my life. They have provided many opportunities and brought me great joy in my life. So much that in college I choose to study Exercise Science and Fitness and Development. After an incredible experience in college athletics I realized my passion. That passion is to help others reach their potential in fitness and athletics. I am currently working as a Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention Specialist. My experience ranges from individual, group, and team instruction. I look forward to our trial session!
