This place sucks! Ernesto the main attendant is rude and changes prices.
Had items tailored and guaranteed for a 7am pick up. Arrived at 7:10 and another store clerk said I could not pick up or pay since the owner had yet to come in and that he did not know how to operate cash machine.
Needless to say once Ernesto arrived (late) my clothes weren’t even on site and we’re not done.
I was absolutely furious.

I come here EVERY WEEK.
— They do it right and they do it cheap… what more do you want?
— I also used their tailoring services once to hem my new shirts. Their shaped/​curved shirt hemming is PERFECT. Well worth the money and it cost me less than what I will pay in Chinatown.
— I gave it one star less because I did lose a sock or two in here before. Not really a big deal, seeing I’ve been coming here for a year now.

I have used this place many many times, mostly for laundry, and have never had a problem. Usually I send the clothes over in the morning and they are back the same day.

The first few times I held my breathe dropping off clothes to be dry cleaned. I get suspicious when business don’t charge nearly as much as their local competition for the same services. I was temporarily happy with several visits until this morning when the desk agent charged me more then what the ticket indicated «because it was based on a second ticket»??? Really? The ticket he gave listed line item prices for each piece I left.
When a business owner invoices on a set price that price should be honored.
He also threatened to keep my clothes if I wanted to argue him down with the printed ticket he gave me. He ignored the prices on the ticket an insisted there was an additioned cost based on some missing second ticket – a ticket he didn’t give me.

I dropped some items off for same day pick up– alterations, no cleaning. Initially they messed up my very specific instructions. However they redeemed them self by fixing their error immediately. My items were ready and perfect before closing. Street parking only cash and card accepted. Not stellar service but I’d definitely give them another try. A little pricy but not so much for Manhattan.

VERY overpriced, and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The man at the counter gave me a pickup day and time when I dropped everything off. When I arrived to pick it up, he informed me that only some of my pieces were ready. He made no apology, and was very rude when I said I was disappointed. If that’s the owner… wow! If it’s not, the owner should certainly fire him immediately. I would not want someone like that representing my business, that’s for sure. For what they charge, they should be ashamed of themselves. From now on I’ll go to the place on 117^th street that Kevin mentioned in his review.

Was a customer there for years and even went back when things were repeatedly pressed improperly. It got to a point where I just checked everything before I left. Then I got there right at 7pm (closing), I realized it was late and asked if I could pick up now or should I try back the next day. They never even acknowledged I was speaking to them. I now go to a great little place on 117^th St just off FDB (8^th) toward Morningside Park.
